Netsparkz (“we”, “us”) is a web development and automation studio based in New Delhi, India. You can reach us at hello@netsparkz.com.
2. What we collect
Details you send us, such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business name and what you tell us about your project. Messages and details you share in our website chat. Technical data such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit, collected by our hosting and, where enabled, analytics tools.
3. How we use it
To reply to you, prepare mockups and quotes, deliver and support our services, keep this site secure and working, and improve our site and chat. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Website chat and AI
Our website chat is provided by Chatway, a third-party service. When you use it, your messages, and any details you share such as your name or email address, are processed and stored by Chatway so that replies can be produced, including by AI, and so that our team can read and answer conversations. We may review conversations to improve our answers. Please do not share passwords, payment details, ID numbers or other sensitive information in the chat. Chatway’s own privacy policy explains how it handles data.
5. Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run this site and our business, for example hosting, email, messaging, chat, CRM, automation and AI providers, and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
6. Cookies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies that are needed for it to work and, where enabled, analytics to understand how it is used. Our chat service, Chatway, may also set its own cookies or similar technologies, for example to recognise returning visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise it.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@netsparkz.com.

This site may link to other websites that we do not control. We may update this policy from time to time, and the date above shows the latest version.
